- SAMURAI™-Option: Order-Tracking
- SAMURAI™-Option: Vibration-Meter
Short overview of the included software options
RMS-Meter
SAMURAI™ option RMS Meter
- RMS and peak measurements of any value in physical units or dB.
- High pass 2Hz to 500Hz
- Low pass 0.1kHz to 40kHz (depending on sample rate)
- Averaging modes: Linear, fast, slow an well as exponential in general
- Triggered storage supported
- Numerical display with level display and noise level curve of the values
Transfer FRF
SAMURAI™ option Transfer FRF
- Adjustable Bandwidth, number of lines, windowing and averaging mode
- Configurable exponential window for force excitation
- Simultaneous calculation of transfer values between freely selectable channel pairs (e.g. Ch2 versus Ch1, Ch3 versus Ch1, Ch3 versus Ch2)
- Values calculated: Autospectrum reference/response, coherence and coherent output power, transfer functions (H1, H2, 1/H1 and 1/H2), cross-correlation and cross-spectrum, impulse response, autocorrelation reference/response, cepstrum reference/response
- Representation of complex values as either amplitude / phase / Nyquist or real / imaginary / Nyquist
- Intuitive graphical user interface guides the user through the entire measuring process
- Instructions and overload notification via speech output
- Export to ME'scope (Vibrant) via UFF, Excel, NWWin
Order-Tracking
SAMURAI™ option Order Tracking
- Block-based order analysis (FFT method)
- Digital order analysis (resampling)
- Real-time calculation of order levels
- 7 to 400 order lines, resolution 1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/10
- Representation of order spectra in spectrum graphs as well as sonograms and waterfall diagrams (versus time or rotational speed), progressing representation of a fixed order (versus time or rotational speed) in the history graph
- Use of two tacho references
- Simultaneously the standard analysis features in SAMURAI™ (SPM, 1/3 octave, FFT, rotational speed) are available
- Export to Excel, TXT, UFS, NWWin
Vibration Meter
SAMURAI™ option Vibration Meter
- Digital high pass filter selectable: 2, 5, 10, 20, 55, 100, 200 and 500Hz
- Digital low pass filter selectable: 0.1k, 0.2k, 0.5k, 1k, 2k, 5k, 10k, 20kHz
- Display in common selectable units, e.g. m/sec2, g, mm/sec, µm
- Numerical representation of RMS, PEAK, EQ, MAX and for acceleration, speed and distance in Vibration Meter window, graphical display in history graphs
